The safe and comfortable intelligent automatic production line which developed by Zhongyi is composed of bar code finding system, laser cleaning system, multistage adhesive dosing system, automatic weighing system, visual inspection system, gluing system, cooling system, etc. The self-sealing adhesive could evenly coat on the inner wall of the tire, and achieve the sound insulation and vibration suppression material with chemical stability always maintaining the adhesive effect like a gum, and sticking the acoustic foam perfectly together.
